SITE POLICY The following guidelines will be followed with regard to the identification of [minor] students throughout this site. This policy is intended to protect the identity of students in material published on this site only. Information from other media (newspapers, websites, etc.), linked to this site, may adhere to different policies, however, care will be taken to review the information prior to approval of a link. 1. Photos of students and/or groups of students, highlighting athletic events and activities, are often published. A student's full name will not be identified with a photo. A first name may be included when it is determined to be essential to the content. 2. A students address, e-mail address, phone number or other personal information will never be posted. 3. All pictures and associated captions will be reviewed by the webmaster prior to posting and will be approved, if appropriate. Material may be submitted for coaches approval, prior to posting, if it is deemed to be questionable. 4. Any use of students and/or volunteers work will not be "for profit" and there will be no compensation provided, if used. 5. Should a student or parent desire that no image or other reference to the student be used or if the student/parent objects to a specific item, please submit that information to: webmaster@trackxc.com and the students name and likeness will be omitted from this site or the specific item removed. 6. Questions or concerns regarding this site may be e-mailed to: info@trackxc.com - please be advised that e-mails may be forwarded to coaches or other school staff for their opinion or review.
